What does the 20% group discount cover?
Members of confirmed groups receive 20% off retail sessions and retail packages. Mention your group at checkout. Memberships are not included. Ask staff which offer applies if you are considering an introductory or other promotional price.
Do we have to visit together?
Members can book their own appointments and mention their confirmed group at checkout. If you want a coordinated group visit or event, request a custom quote so staff can confirm availability and arrangements.
Can our group buy 50 sessions or mix services?
Yes, you can request a custom quote for bulk sessions, a mix of services or a group event. Share your preferred services and approximate timing in the form. Pricing and arrangements are confirmed individually; submitting a request does not make a purchase or reserve appointments.
How do sauna packages work for a group?
One infrared sauna package visit covers one or two people. Additional guests may use an extra package credit or pay a charge arranged with staff. Confirm the room plan with staff before your visit.
What happens after we apply?
Your application is saved for Walt to review. He will email the decision. Approval is required before members use the offer; submitting an application does not guarantee approval. This form does not enroll you or your members in marketing.
