This policy explains how NOLA Chill collects, uses, and shares information when you use nolachill.com, contact the studio, book a service, buy a gift card, or interact with services provided through our vendors.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, message, appointment request, gift-card or package request, and any other information you choose to send.
  • Booking and account information: information you provide through Mindbody is handled through Mindbody systems and is also available to NOLA Chill staff for scheduling, client service, and account administration.
  • Website-use information: IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, and interaction data that may be collected through server logs, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar measurement tools.
  • Payment information: when an outside checkout provider processes a payment, that provider handles the payment credentials. NOLA Chill does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on this website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to questions, schedule and administer services, fulfill gift cards or package requests, maintain client accounts, improve the website, measure site performance, prevent abuse, protect the site, and meet applicable business and legal obligations.

Service providers

Depending on the action you take, information may be processed by service providers that help operate the business, including:

  • Mindbody for appointments, client accounts, memberships, packages, gift cards, and related business operations.
  • Cloudflare for content delivery, security, traffic management, and performance.
  • Google services such as Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Maps, or business-profile features.
  • Website and form providers used to host WordPress, deliver messages, monitor errors, or manage optional email communications.
  • Open-Meteo for the homepage weather feature; the browser may contact that service to request current local weather data.

Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies for essential functions, security, analytics, preferences, and measuring website activity. Browser controls may let you limit cookies, but some booking or website features may not work as intended.

Email and text communications

If you ask to receive updates, we may use the contact information you provide for those communications. You can use an unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us to request removal. Appointment and account messages sent through Mindbody may be governed by the preferences in your Mindbody account.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including client service, business records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use practical administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information held directly by NOLA Chill, subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Information stored in Mindbody may also be managed through your Mindbody account or by contacting the studio. You may opt out of optional marketing communications at any time.

Children

This website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

The site links to services operated by other companies, including Mindbody and social platforms. NOLA Chill is not responsible for the privacy practices of those outside services.
