NOLA Chill is a recovery-focused wellness center on Magazine Street in Uptown New Orleans. The useful question is not which service sounds most impressive. It is what you want from today’s visit, how much time you have, and what kind of experience you prefer.

Start With What You Want Today

A fast, bracing full-body reset

Whole Body Cryotherapy is a 3 to 5 minute cold-air session in our electric Trident chamber. The standard single session is $50, and a new client’s first whole body cryotherapy session is $25. Choose it when you want the shortest, most energizing-feeling visit.

Cold focused on one specific area

Localized Cryotherapy is a short targeted cold-air session for one area at a time. A single session is $35. It is the clearer choice when you do not want a full chamber session.

Heat, quiet, and a longer decompression window

Infrared Sauna is the warmest, slowest option on the menu. Sessions run 30 minutes for $30 or 45 minutes for $40. Choose it when you want privacy, heat, and time to settle in rather than a quick cold reset.

A rhythmic squeeze for heavy legs

NormaTec Compression uses inflatable sleeves that pulse around the legs, hips, or arms. The booked appointment is 30 minutes and costs $30. Many runners and athletes choose it when their legs feel heavy after training or travel.

A quiet, screen-free relaxation session

NuCalm combines audio, light blocking, and a structured relaxation setup. The booked appointment is 30 minutes and costs $40. Choose it when your priority is a quiet mental reset rather than heat, cold, or pressure.

A dry massage-style experience

Hydromassage uses heated water pressure beneath a dry surface, so you stay clothed and do not get wet. The booked appointment is 30 minutes and costs $30. It is one of the easiest services to add to another visit.

A skin-focused visit

CryoFacial is a brisk facial cold session in a private XCryo treatment room, with a 10-minute booking slot for $40. Celluma Pro LED is a gentle 30-minute light session for $35. CryoSlim is priced by treatment area, so review the exact area prices before booking rather than relying on one starting price.

How Much Time Do You Have?

  • 10-minute booking slot: CryoFacial.
  • 30-minute booking slots: NormaTec Compression, NuCalm, Hydromassage and Celluma Pro LED.
  • 30- or 45-minute sauna session: Infrared Sauna.
  • Brief cold exposure: Whole body cryotherapy is about 3 to 5 minutes in the chamber. The first-visit booking slot is 15 minutes. For other cryotherapy appointments, check the selected scheduler rather than treating exposure time as the entire visit.

These are appointment or session lengths, not door-to-door travel estimates. Allow for getting to the studio and arriving for your selected time. If your schedule is tight, call (504) 381-4207Text us.

Can You Combine Services?

Yes. Many clients book two services in one visit. Common pairings include sauna followed by whole body cryotherapy, cryotherapy followed by NormaTec Compression, or Hydromassage paired with Celluma Pro LED. The best pairing depends on the experience you want, not on a promise that more services automatically produce a better result.

For a focused hot-and-cold visit, see our contrast therapy guide.

Single Sessions, Shareable Packages, or Memberships?

Start with a single session if you are still deciding. Multi-session packages reduce the per-session price and can be shared. Monthly memberships are designed for clients who expect to visit consistently and are not shareable. Compare the current numbers on the pricing, packages, and memberships page before choosing.

What Kind of Wellness Center Is NOLA Chill?

NOLA Chill is a practical recovery spa and wellness studio, not a physician-led clinic and not a traditional day spa. We do not present these services as medical care or promise that one visit will treat a health condition. The studio offers cryotherapy, sauna, compression, relaxation, hydromassage, LED light, and body-contouring options in one location, with staff available to help you choose.
