Compare the experience before you book
Worn out after a long day, feeling stiff, planning recovery or looking for skin care? Compare what a visit feels like, how long to reserve and the current single price. You can choose one service or build a visit with the quiz above.
Infrared sauna
Private warmth and time to unwind. Choose it when you want a warm, seated break, on your own or with your party.
Two people: $48 total for 30 minutes or $64 total for 45 minutes. One person books the room.
NuCalm
Guided audio and an eye mask while you rest. An option after a demanding day when you want to switch off without a hot or cold session.
Hydromassage
Warm water pressure beneath a dry surface. Stay dressed, lie back and adjust the pressure and area. Choose it when you prefer pressure to cold air or a sauna.
Celluma Pro LED
Light over clean, bare skin or a selected area. Different programs address mild to moderate inflammatory acne, wrinkles, or temporary minor muscle and joint pain and stiffness. Staff help choose the program.
Whole body cryotherapy
A staff-guided, whole body cold-air experience with 3 to 5 minutes in the chamber. Choose a brief cold session around your day or training routine.
The calendar reserves 10 minutes for returning visits and 15 minutes for a first visit. Chamber time is only part of the appointment.
Localized cryotherapy
Staff direct cold air from the XCryo machine onto one selected area in a private treatment room. Choose focused cold when you prefer working on one spot to entering the whole body chamber.
Confirm the appointment length for your selected area with the team.
NormaTec compression
Sit back with rhythmic air-compression sleeves around your legs. A pressure-based experience clients choose around training, travel, long shifts or days on their feet.
CryoFacial
A brief cold-air facial using the XCryo machine in a private treatment room. Choose a skin-focused cold experience; compare Celluma if you are looking for a light-based acne program.
CryoSlim body contouring
A staff-guided visit for the appearance of a selected area. Confirm the current method, suitability and appointment length with the team. Body contouring is different from weight-loss care.
CryoSlim is separate from retail memberships.

Use the quiz to choose a combination and confirm a time for each appointment. Hydromassage with Celluma is an existing combined 30-minute appointment for $50.
No membership needed. You can pay after your visit, or prepay if you prefer. Picked the wrong option? Staff can help adjust it when you arrive.
