Pricing, Packages, and Memberships
Every price is on this page, you pay after your visit, and any package can be shared. A first whole body cryotherapy visit at NOLA Chill is $25 for new clients and $50 after that, localized cryotherapy is $35, and a private 30-minute infrared sauna is $30, all at 6045 Magazine Street in Uptown New Orleans, open 7 days: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM. A private 30-minute infrared sauna visit is $30, a ten-visit package is $200, which is $20 a visit, and one package visit covers one or two people in the sauna room.

Private sauna: one visit or your regular routine
Try one, solo or with friends: no package is needed, and one booking covers up to four people in the private room. 30 minutes is $30 solo, $48 for two, $63 for three or $72 for four, which is $24, $21 or $18 each. 45 minutes is $40 solo, $64 for two, $72 for three or $80 for four, which is $32, $24 or $20 each.
30-minute packages: 5 visits $125 prepaid; 10 visits $200 prepaid. With the 10-pack, that is $20 total per visit or $10 each when two attend together, less per visit than any sauna package other New Orleans studios publish on their own websites (checked October 23, 2026).
45-minute packages: 5 visits $160 prepaid; 10 visits $250 prepaid. With the 10-pack, that is $25 total per visit or $12.50 each when two attend together.
One package visit covers one or two people in the sauna room. Every package can be shared with anyone and lasts 12 months from purchase; credits cover the duration purchased. Additional guests are welcome and require additional package sessions or an extra charge; staff confirms the redemption or charge. No membership needed. Our membership plans are built for clients who get the best results from consistent sessions and who want to stop thinking about the cost every time they book. All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment and cannot be shared. Unused monthly sessions do not roll over.
Chill Membership: $85/month
Two sessions included each month, then 20% off every additional session. Compare the services you will actually use before choosing a membership. Two $30 sauna visits cost $60 as singles, while two $50 whole body cryotherapy visits cost $100 as singles. The $85 plan has a three-month minimum. Includes: Whole Body Cryotherapy, Localized Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, NormaTec Compression, Celluma Pro LED, Hydromassage, and Hydromassage with Celluma.
Super Chill Membership: $115/month
Three sessions included each month, then 30% off every additional session. Adds CryoFacial and NuCalm to all Chill Membership services. Compare three included sessions and the 30% member discount with the single or package prices for your chosen services. This plan has a three-month minimum; frequency alone does not make it the lowest-cost option.
The Chillest Membership: $350/month
Daily access to all retail services at NOLA Chill except CryoSlim, with no session limits. Whole Body Cryotherapy, CryoFacial, Localized Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, NormaTec Compression, NuCalm, Celluma Pro LED, Hydromassage, and Hydromassage with Celluma. Built for clients who treat recovery as a daily practice: $350 a month covers every retail service except CryoSlim with no daily limit, in one Uptown studio.
Why Consistent Sessions Matter
Consistency matters mostly because a routine is easier to follow when it is planned and prepaid. Some clients come weekly; others book around hard training, travel, or especially demanding weeks. Results vary by person and by service. Choose the smallest plan that matches how often you will realistically come. You can always change course later.
Choose services first, then compare the total cost of singles, packages and a membership for the visits you expect to use. Chill is $85/month for two included sessions, Super Chill is $115/month for three, and The Chillest is $350/month for every included retail service except CryoSlim with no daily limit. Memberships require three months; unused monthly sessions do not roll over and memberships cannot be shared.

Every package can be shared, and you pay after your visit
Any package can be shared or split with friends or family, and a friend can come on their own and use your package by giving your name at the desk, for every service. Packages are good for 12 months.
Packages bring the price down by $5 to $25 a visit compared with single sessions: 10 whole body cryotherapy sessions are $350, which is $35 a visit, and 20 are $500, which is $25 a visit; 10 private 30-minute sauna visits are $200, which is $20 a visit, and one package visit covers one or two people in the sauna room.
Student (15%), military, nurse and first responder (25%) and confirmed group (20%) discounts apply to eligible single sessions and packages, so a 10-visit 30-minute sauna package is $170 with the student discount, or $85 each when two people share it, and $150 with the military or first responder discount, or $75 each.
You pay after your visit, and when a time is open you can walk in for a quick service such as whole body cryotherapy, localized cryotherapy or a CryoFacial.
