Whole Body Cryotherapy
A 3 to 5 minute cold-air session when the available window is short. New clients can book their first session for $25.
Localized Cryotherapy
Brief cold air directed at one area. If pain feels like an injury rather than routine soreness, get it evaluated before booking.
