We host recovery events for teams, run clubs, and offices — up to 50 people rotating through cryotherapy, compression, sauna, and any of our other services, right on Magazine Street.
We’ve done this at scale: we’ve hosted team recovery days for Tulane football during the season — three years running — with up to 40 athletes rotating through stations in a single event. Stations run in rotation, so everyone gets real time in each service — not a line out the door.
How it works
Your group rotates through stations. Which stations is up to you — whole body cryotherapy, NormaTec compression, infrared sauna, localized cryo, hydromassage, Celluma LED, CryoFacials, NuCalm — any of our services, as long as we plan it together ahead of time. A full 50-person event runs about three hours or more; smaller groups move faster, and we’re flexible on format either way. Your event is staffed by the owner plus our team — you’re not handed off.
When
Weekdays during normal studio hours with advance planning, or after-hours on weeknights and weekends if you’d rather have the place to yourselves.
Who books this
- Sports teams — post-scrimmage, post-tournament, or a recovery day built into camp week
- Run clubs and training groups — the weekend after a goal race (see our 48-hour marathon recovery plan)
- Offices — a reset on Magazine Street that people actually remember, without the conference room
Pricing
Custom-quoted by group size, services, and time — tell us what you’re planning and we’ll build it with you. No two events are the same, so we don’t pretend one price fits all.
