Over about 4 minutes, the cold air covers your face and neck: about 2 minutes of full treatment, then about 2 minutes of spot treatment. The cold is brisk but gentle, closer to standing in front of an open freezer than anything painful. Then you are done.
There are no acids, no extractions, and nothing to peel. You can reapply makeup immediately if you want to.
