Before photos or the big night: CryoFacial
A CryoFacial is a brisk cold-air facial for the face and neck in a private room: about 4 minutes of cold air in a 10-minute appointment, $40 per person. Some clients like one the morning of an event. It’s a wellness service, not a medical treatment, and experiences vary.
The morning after
We can’t cure a hangover, and we won’t pretend to. We do have quiet rooms and a comfortable place to lie back:
- Hydromassage, $30 for 30 minutes. Warm water pressure beneath a dry bed. You stay dressed.
- NormaTec compression, $30 for 30 minutes. A seated break with leg sleeves after a day of walking the French Quarter.
- Private sauna for the group, from $48 for two.
Please hydrate first. Skip the sauna and cryotherapy if you’ve been drinking or feel unwell. If you’re pregnant or have a heart or blood pressure condition, check with your doctor before booking. Staff screening applies to cryotherapy.
