How long should you stay in the heat?
Cleveland Clinic suggests keeping infrared sauna sessions under 30 minutes, and if you’re new, starting with about 5 to 10 minutes and building from there. So think of a 45-minute booking as room time, not a target. Settle in, go at your own pace and stop whenever you’ve had enough. On a first visit, staff can help you ease into the timing.
Packages if you’ll come back

| 45 minutes × 10 | $250 | $25 | $12.50 |
- Built for two. One package visit covers one person, or two people who come together. Packages can be shared or split between you.

- Discounts. Students save 15% and military and first responders save 25% on eligible packages. The 30-minute 10-pack is $170 for students and $150 for military and first responders.
